Friday and Saturday

There have been troubles with blogger for the last couple of days for me! I am still here!

I haven't run since Wednesday night. I have been fighting a cold, and sore throat. So, I loaded up on the Oil of Oregano and so far so good. I also chose not to run. Thought I would conserve my energy.

However, I have still got my daily walking in.

Yesterday, back and forth to school. 2x = 2 km

And today, walking around the mall etc, running errands 2 km. I make it a point to park far away and get my exercise in!

So, for Friday and Saturday = 4 km or 2.48 miles

I am feel good today, after a good long sleep, and a bit of a sleep in I feel awesome. I am looking forward to my 13 km run tomorrow morning!

Next week, I am back on track!

P.S. I also bought jeans in size 11 (down one size) and I bought shirts in size medium. Obviously I am losing more on the top than the bottom. The bottom is always harder with all of my loose skin to tuck into my pants. I think I would be smaller on the bottom with a tummy tuck :D

Well, I thought this would be the week I would kick it up, but my body has different plans. I am fighting a wee cold. Hopefully it turns into NOTHING. So, I have decided to not run tonight. And, hopefully get out tomorrow night. *fingers crossed*

Did some walking today. 2.5 km with the kids back and forth to school.

Wednesday 7 km

I am getting a bit of a stuffy nose. I felt OK on my run however. Running pretty much always makes me feel better!

Tonight is a clinic night. I still have to register for my 10 km race weekend after next!

Last night we had fast food. We ate Burger King. I loved eating it, but afterwards I felt really gross. And still do today. No more burger/fries/onion ring splurges anymore. Yuck. Not worth it.

So, today I stared to feel better when I walked back and forth to school. Did an extra little loop too, with my little girls.

I will update this post tonight...toodles. OK, back to update.

I registered for the race. Cannot wait to run it!

Monday Weigh In

Isn't kind of a bummer when I ran over 27 miles this week (43+ km) and all I lost was .2 pounds?!

Oh well. I feel bloated, and figure it will go away this week. Maybe I will lose a couple of pounds?

My weight today (dropped into 175 yay!) 175.8 pounds. 30.8 pounds left to lose.

Well, anyways. I enjoyed this week. Had a treat or two.

This week, I am going to work ever harder! Watch out #500in2010!!

P.S. We walked about 3 km yesterday (Sunday) afternoon as a family = 1.86 miles yesterday afternoon #500in2010 (so, I will add that to this weeks total, as I submitted my miles in already for Sunday total)

And then yesterday, I walked 2.5 km. = 1.55 miles

Monday #500in2010 = 3.41 miles total
