Monday Weigh In

Isn't kind of a bummer when I ran over 27 miles this week (43+ km) and all I lost was .2 pounds?!

Oh well. I feel bloated, and figure it will go away this week. Maybe I will lose a couple of pounds?

My weight today (dropped into 175 yay!) 175.8 pounds. 30.8 pounds left to lose.

Well, anyways. I enjoyed this week. Had a treat or two.

This week, I am going to work ever harder! Watch out #500in2010!!

P.S. We walked about 3 km yesterday (Sunday) afternoon as a family = 1.86 miles yesterday afternoon #500in2010 (so, I will add that to this weeks total, as I submitted my miles in already for Sunday total)

And then yesterday, I walked 2.5 km. = 1.55 miles


Monday #500in2010 = 3.41 miles total

  1. I am in the same boat Cathy! Two weeks of no weight loss and I have been running my behind off AND watching what I eat. Time to jump on the weight training for me.

  3. HARDER! Harder? Congrats on the 175. That sounds like heaven because that is my goal weight for 5'11". Aahhh.

    Keep blasting away, your body can't hang on forever. Chemistry, physics and biology are behind you!

  5. umm yeah I haven't been good about the food blogging. I guess I need to get more serious about it and get off my derriere more like you. 27 miles is so impressive, almost 3 times as many as me.
