Monday: .5 miles
Tonight, should be hill training for me. Of course, I haven't run since my trip up on Thursday night. Swelling has gone down, but foot doesn't feel *just right* yet. I may try to lace up my runners and see what happens tonight.
My feeling is that I have missed now some bigger runs that I may not be able to keep up. Sunday will be a 10K run. I am not even sure I am able.
SO. I am left with unanswered questions. So frustrating. Oh well, I am prepping as if I am going to kick ass on the three hills. Being positive here.
